I provide Birth Doula Services to Mid-Missouri and the surrounding areas.

Birth doula services include:

Two prenatal visits to discuss your birth plan, preferences and any concerns
Education on labor stages and comfort techniques
Unlimited phone, text and email support from 38 weeks until birth
Continuous emotional and physical support during labor and birth
Comfort techniques, breathing, positioning
encouragement and support
postpartum support for up to two hours
help with breastfeeding and bonding
one postpartum visit if requested around 2 weeks.

Placental Encapsulation - Add On

I follow a safe and sanitary process to prepare and encapsulate your placenta.

Pickup - I retrieve your placenta.
Preparation - The placenta is cleaned, dehydrated and ground into powder.
Encapsulation - The powder is placed into vegetarian capsules for easy consumption.
Delivery - Your capsules are delivered within 72 hours.
